About Joy Blooms Farm

Our family has had the privilege of living and working on this land for almost 100 years. As temporary stewards we endeavor to work the soil in a way which is good for plants, pollinators and the planet. For this purpose we practice regenerative, no-till farming methods eliminating all chemicals and pesticides. The result is thriving plants & flowers, the increase of pollinators and beneficial insects and a healthier ecosystem.

The Joy in Joy Blooms Farm recognizes my mother Joy who was born on the property. Joy and her mother Hazel always kept nature and natural growing methods close and both inspired in me a deep appreciation of the natural, awe-inspiring beauty of this region and the Cascade Range.

Joy Blooms Farm is passionate about building community and is honored to have the opportunity to bring local, seasonal flowers grown in the Cascade Mountain foothills to our Eastside community. Our flowers only travel from our farm to your home – always fresher, always local.

In 2023 Joy Blooms Farm became an event sponsor of the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank’s Recipe for Hope annual fundraiser. With over 11,000 members, they serve Issaquah and the surrounding communities and are committed to reducing food insecurity for those in the greater Issaquah and surrounding communities. Their mission is, “to unite our community in nourishing and nurturing individuals by removing barriers to healthy food, vital resources, and connections to essential services.”
